THE SAFETY CONFERENCE

The Safety Conference is a joint initiative of TIC Council together with major oil and gas companies BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell.

Our event offers an open forum to all stakeholders of the industry, a space in which we can come together and actively look for solutions to improve the safety and ethical behaviour in the petroleum industry as a whole.

Building upon the success of three previous conferences held in Rotterdam in 2018, New York in 2019, and Singapore in 2022, we are proud to announce the fourth iteration of the International Safety Conference, returning to where it all began! We eagerly anticipate your presence at the SS Rotterdam on this special occasion, and we warmly welcome your expertise, input, and knowledge for the interactive discussions aimed at enhancing safety within the industry.

TIC COUNCIL

TIC Council is the global association of the Testing, Inspection and Certification [TIC] industry. Our members provide conformity assessment services to a diverse range of industry sectors, from energy and utilities to food, products, agricultural commodities, chemicals, etc. Our mission is to engage governments and key stakeholders to advocate for a balanced and informed regulatory framework, to enhance the reputation of independent TIC services, and to raise the standards and best practices of the TIC industry.

TIC Council was established in 2018 from the merger of global TIC industry organisations IFIA (the International Federation of Inspection Agencies) and CEOC (the International Confederation of Inspection and Certification Organisations). We bring together over a 100 member companies, among them some of the largest TIC companies in the world.
