Maxime is leading product development of IoT cyber security service portfolio and operations of cybersecurity laboratories globally for TÜV SÜD. His domain expertise in is connected product cybersecurity, in particular consumer IoT.​ Working in China, bringing solutions to European vendors and Asian manufacturers for consumer products. Before joining TÜV SÜD in 2016, he worked in automotive, aerospace and robotic organizations in Europe and Asia.

Núria is recently the Technical Director for cybersecurity certification in Applus+ Laboratories. She is specialized in hardware security evaluations and has an extensive career that stretches over 14 years in the field. With deep expertise in technologies such as smart cards, secure elements, Trusted Execution Environments (TEE), and other similar hardware and embedded software solutions she has a deep knowledge of evaluation guidelines and rules, standards, attack methods and vulnerability assessments. Currently, she serves as the Certification Technical Director, leading the technical team in achieving compliance with emerging European standards in cybersecurity.

Cláudio Teixeira is a Legal Officer, Digital Policy team at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation, working on telecommunications and cybersecurity. As a law graduate, holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from the University of Coimbra in Portugal, and a LL.M. in EU Law from College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Prior to joining BEUC, Cláudio served as a Junior Legal Attaché in the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union in Brussels during the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2021, working on inter-institutional negotiations of legislative proposals such as the Digital Markets Act and the Public CbCR Directive.

Filipe is a policy officer at the European Commission / DG Connect working on cybersecurity policy with a particular emphasis on technical standards.

Matteo is Manager for Cybersecurity Technologies and Innovation at ECSO. He is coordinating the activities focusing on cybersecurity R&I roadmap, Policy Implementation, Standardisation and certification. Matteo is active on European Cybersecurity fora and gained experience working with multinational cybersecurity providers.

Ángel is the Digital Policy Manager at TIC Council, where he drives advocacy efforts and communication strategies around cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies for the TIC industry. Previously, he worked at a public affairs consultancy in Brussels, focusing on privacy, trade, and space policy. His career in the digital world kicked off at the telecommunications company Telefónica, where he worked in Government Relations and Corporate Communications. He also has experience in the public sector, having completed an internship at the Spanish Ministry of Interior. Ángel holds a bachelor's in International Relations and Communication, and a master's from the College of Europe, specialising in EU tech sovereignty and geopolitics.
